How we do it

Process Design

Great outcomes start with great process design, because methodology determines the quality of the solution. We have gained experience with a wide range of methods and tools that ensure we can build the process that’s right for your project. 

We work best when we’re allowed to help you define the right question for your business before we make assumptions about answers. Then, we design the right solution, together – co-creatively as your partners.

 

Research

Research modules help us define the problem and identify opportunities. We plan and execute research, analyse it, and give recommendations. We offer a wide range of methods like in-depth interviews, ethnographic observation or self-immersion, and we study internal and external target groups, both B2C or B2B.

Deliverables: brand perception analysis, customer segmentation, experience journey map, pain point analysis, and opportunity spaces for your brand, product, or business

 

Strategy & Concepts

We can provide the whole chain from analysis to strategy, and from ideation to concepts. Depending on your needs, we develop solutions internally, together with you in co-creative workshops, or we can act as your challenger or idea partner.

Deliverables: Internal vision and purpose, brand definition, brand portfolio strategies, communication strategy, business modeling, service branding, branded customer experience

 

Implementation

We help manage implementation by matchmaking to find the team with the right experience, or by assessing your internal partners. We will brief and onboard that team so they’re ready for action.
