Talk held by Anna Sundukova at Human Spaces Think + Drink, Berlin, 12/2019
Great hospitality experiences stay in our memory. Yet, the majority of hospitality experiences we have on a daily basis – at the gym, on the subway, or in a hotel – are sub-par. In her talk, Anna Sundukova outlined a strategic and empathic approach to designing hospitality experiences and entirely new hospitality ecosystems. From decoding peoples’ true needs to integrating “soft factors” in the process, she exemplified how to think beyond the mere floorplan. At the end of her talk, Anna shared three overarching trends that drive the hospitality industry today.
The Human Spaces talk series explores methods, implications, and innovations that bring a more human-centered perspective into the built environment. It aims to help to conceive, plan and build spaces with function, meaning, and soul, spark conversations, create new insights and kindle the flame.
